Interested in something a bit more extreme? Kiteboarding is one of the newest watersports to hit Rosses Point and the team behind Rosses Point Sailing are also the team behind the best kitesurfing school in the country, LSD Kiteboarding.
Rosses Point Sailing is a new sailing centre that is opening soon in Rosses Point, Co. Sligo. We are based out of the Rosses Point Guesthouse and sail from Sligo Yacht Club. We try to offer something different to other sailing centres - small groups, real boats rather than plastic kids toys, highly experienced instructors and a unique way to discover the beauty of Sligo Bay.
Sligo Yacht Club
Sligo Yacht Club is located in Rosses Point on the edge of Sligo Bay and is one of the most ideal and beautiful locations for inshore racing in the country. There's a great racing fleet of Mirrors, GP14's and Cruisers, and it's the best place to go if you want to get into the competitive side of sailing.
Rosses Point Sailing offer a 10% discount on all courses to SYC members.
